I work at the intersections of personal leadership, team learning,
and organizational effectiveness.
I define personal leadership as the ability to relate well to yourself and others.
You keep trying harder, nothing seems to be working...
Cultivating personal leadership can help break this cycle and increase your ability to live your life and do your work with more ease, peace, and joy – even and especially when the world around you is chaotic.
The aim of personal leadership coaching is to increase internal resilience, build emotional intelligence, and increase your ability to relate well to yourself and others.
Together, we will design strategies and practices that work for you – so you can experience more personal fulfillment and professional effectiveness.
I coach adults of all ages, backgrounds and identities. Most of my clients hold a commitment to positive social impact.
Benefits of coaching: Investment in coaching has been shown to increase employee confidence & well-being, boost job satisfaction & performance and improve communication skills & working relationships.
Anecdotally from my own experience, clients have expressed an increase in confidence, reduced feelings of isolation, and deeper commitment to and effectiveness in their day to day work.
