I work at the intersections of personal leadership, team learning,
and organizational effectiveness.
my core values
my guiding principles
I strive to:
I specialize in facilitating team learning & growth, personal leadership coaching, and supporting organizational capacity assessments & strategic planning.
I listen, ask questions, and uncover insight to clarify your strengths, challenges and opportunities. I work with you to create realistic, high-impact interventions designed to move you, your team and your organization forward.
I live in Montrose, Colorado, 40 miles as the crow flies from my hometown of Nucla where I was born and spent my formative years on a small family cattle ranch. I am the fifth generation of my family to be in relationship with this little corner of the world, and I am incredibly grateful to call Western Colorado home.
After leaving Nucla, my family moved around a lot and I followed suit. To support myself along the way I have been a day-care teacher and nanny, worked in a body-shop (the car kind, not the smelly soap kind), shoveled shit, and slung lots of food & drink.
I found and fell in love with organizational development, facilitation and community engagement work in my 4th decade and moved home to work with a regional network of community organizations in the rural West. I have more than a decade of experience working at all levels of non-profit organizations and bring both a breadth and depth of experience to my work. I hold a B.A. in History from Hampshire College and a M.A. in Resilient Leadership from Naropa University.
I have practiced yoga for 20 years, have had a meditation practice for 18 years, and am currently a novice ballet student.
All my engagements begin with a FREE discovery conversation. Let's connect and see if I'm the right fit for you!
