I bring more than a decade of experience in the non-profit sector including roles in administration, program development, community engagement, senior leadership and management. 

Employing a whole systems approach,  I work at the intersections of personal leadership, team learning, and organizational effectiveness. I coach individuals, teams, and organizations to skillfully relate to themselves and others so they can do great work.

Relationships are the ground from which all impactful work emerges. It matters that we know  how to get along and that we know how to disagree well.  Working with self-awareness and practicing skillful communication are key elements of relating well and a core capability I bring to all my work.

Even the most inspired plans go nowhere unless you have the resources you need.  Capacity assessment is a key component of all my work.
